Case Watch also enables our clients to allow temporary on-line access to other authorized representatives. Our clients are afforded full control of temporary accounts by setting the expiration date and determining what specific case file(s) will be accessible. This offers tremendous convenience when needing to confirm positive identification of the subject, send investigation results to another colleague, or allow surveillance video to be viewed by doctors, employers, hearing officers, etc.
